KR-1 microcomputer control device is special for the concentrated lubrication system. Including DC12v and DC21v. it is installed in the driving room. Where the driver can see it easily. It is manipulated and monitored by the driver.

Basic principle

     If you use the controller with lo hours interval, when you turn on the ignition switch, the power-supply light of control device is opened and the time begins going when it gets to 10 hours. The moving light signals the pump to work. Under normal circumstance, in the former 128 seconds, the pressure transducer signals the control device and the pump continues working until 160 seconds. Then the light goes out. And the system goes into another cease.

    When the oil-box lacks oil, the engine has troubles, the main pipeline leaks oil or the pressure transducer is damaged, the controller can't receive the signals. Then the pump will stop in 128 seconds. And the working light goes out. The flout light is on and it alarms. (The buzzer rings). And the time stops. If you push the eliminating alarm button or turn down the ignition switch. The alarm can be eliminated. If it doesn't alarm, it is interfering signals.

    If you always push the handy lubrication button, you can force the pump to work. This function can be used when debugged.

    The controller has memory function. That is the controller with 10 hours' interval. Can be ignited at any time if it is turned down after 8 hours working. The controller can work if it is timed 2 hours.
