It is a system, which is rotated by cog-wheel pump under pc 24v or dc 12v direct current electromotor. It is made up of a limited pressure overflow valve and an unloading valve. It works or stops under the control of KR-1 control device. The appearance is semi-closed. So that the transparent oil-box can't be bitten by the external force.
Basic principle: when the oil pump receives the starting instruction from the KR-1 control device, the motor rotates the log-wheel pump, the grease is pulled to the floodgate and t opens the passage in the unloading valve and supplies the grease. When the outside divider is full. The whole system is closed. When the pressure gets to the operating pressure of the overflow valve, the leftover oil goes back to the oil-box. And the pressure is steady. If the pump receives the stop instruction and the oil pump stops (interval). The pressure gets down. The unloading floodgates is opened and the oil pressure gets down rapidly. Then the definite quantity divider begins to supply oil. Because of the impending forces. The system can only unload to 0.05-0.1 Mpa.

Note: 1.if the pump doesn't have the lateral grease added device. You should push inside in z place. Then open the canopy upward, unload the rubber bush in 1 place. And inpour grease with special fuel truck tools.
2.if the pump has the lateral grease. Added device. You can loose the hood, unload the rubber bush in 1 place. And inpour grease with special fall truck tools.
